Detailed view of individual affiliate programs

Program Details

The Program Details page provides comprehensive information about each affiliate program you've joined, including referral tools, performance data, and marketing materials.

Accessing Program Details

Navigate to program details by:

  1. Clicking any program card on your dashboard
  2. Clicking "View Details" from My Programs page
  3. The URL will be: /my-programs/[programId]

Performance Header

At the top, you'll see 4 key metrics:

Total Earnings

  • All-time commissions from this program
  • Only includes approved earnings
  • Updates as commissions are approved
  • Number of people who clicked your referral links
  • Tracks unique and repeat visitors
  • Updates in real-time

Conversions

  • Total purchase conversions
  • Only counts completed purchases (not signups)
  • Each represents earned commission

Conversion Rate

  • Percentage of clicks that became customers
  • Formula: (Conversions ÷ Clicks) × 100
  • Higher is better!

Tab 1: Program Details

The first tab shows program information and your referral tools.

How to use:

  1. Click the copy button
  2. Share anywhere (social media, blog, email)
  3. Customers click and browse merchant site
  4. If they purchase, you earn commission

Your Unique Code

A short code identifier (e.g., JOHN123)

Usage:

?ref=JOHN123

When to use:

  • Building custom tracking URLs
  • Creating branded short links
  • Manual tracking implementation
  • API integration

Program Information

Displays key program details:

Description - What the merchant offers

  • Product/service overview
  • Target audience
  • Value proposition

Commission Structure

  • Percentage: e.g., "15%" of sale
  • Fixed Amount: e.g., "$25" per sale
  • Shows your earning potential

Cookie Duration - Tracking window

  • Typically 30, 60, or 90 days
  • How long after click you can earn
  • Example: 30 days = earn if customer purchases within 30 days

Available Coupon Codes

If the merchant provides coupon codes, they'll appear here:

Coupon Card Shows:

  • Code: e.g., "SAVE20"
  • Discount: "20% off" or "$10 off"
  • Expiration Date: When code expires
  • Copy Button: Quick copy to clipboard

How Coupons Work:

  1. Share coupon code with audience
  2. Customer uses code at checkout
  3. Customer gets discount
  4. You earn commission automatically
  5. No link click required!

Search and Filter

Find specific conversions:

Search By:

  • Customer email
  • Order ID (when available)
  • Transaction details

Filter By Status:

  • All - Show everything
  • Pending - Awaiting approval
  • Approved - Approved, will be paid
  • Paid - Already paid out

Conversions Table

Detailed breakdown of all your referrals:

Columns:

  • Date - When conversion occurred
  • Customer - Customer email (if available)
  • Type - Always "Purchase" (signups excluded)
  • Order Amount - Customer's purchase total
  • Commission - Your earnings from this sale
  • Status - Current status (Pending/Approved/Paid)

Understanding Statuses

🟡 Pending

  • Just recorded
  • Awaiting merchant review
  • Not paid yet
  • May be approved/rejected

🔵 Approved

  • Merchant confirmed
  • Will be included in next payout
  • Waiting for payout schedule
  • Guaranteed payment

🟢 Paid

  • Already paid to you
  • Included in past payout
  • Payment complete
  • Earnings received

🔴 Rejected (rare)

  • Did not meet criteria
  • Possible reasons: refund, fraud, violation
  • No commission earned
