Track your commission earnings and view detailed payout information

My Earnings

The My Earnings page provides a comprehensive view of your commission income, organized by program and conversion status.

Overview

Access My Earnings from:

  • Sidebar menu → "My Earnings"
  • Dashboard → Click any earnings metric
  • Direct URL: /my-earnings

Note: Only affiliates can access this page.

Earnings Stats (4 Cards)

Total Earnings

  • All-time commission income
  • Across all programs
  • All statuses (Pending + Approved + Paid)
  • Shows total conversions count

Formula:

Sum of all commissions regardless of status

Pending Earnings

  • Conversions awaiting merchant approval
  • Not yet confirmed
  • May be approved or rejected
  • Typical wait: 1-7 days

What this means:

  • Money is not yet guaranteed
  • Merchant reviewing conversion
  • Wait for approval notification
  • Will move to "Approved" when confirmed

Approved Earnings

  • Conversions confirmed by merchant
  • Guaranteed payment
  • Waiting for payout schedule
  • Will be paid on next payout date

What this means:

  • Money is confirmed
  • Will be included in next payout
  • Based on merchant's payout schedule
  • Typically paid monthly
  • Commissions already paid to you
  • Money received
  • Past payouts
  • Your actual income earned

What this means:

  • Payment completed
  • Funds in your account
  • Historical earnings
  • Confirmed revenue

Earnings by Program

Table showing breakdown per program you're in.

Columns

Program

  • Name of affiliate program
  • Merchant's program you joined
  • Click to view program details

Conversions

  • Number of purchase conversions
  • Only counts purchases (not signups)
  • Total referrals that earned commission

Total Earnings

  • Sum of all commissions
  • All statuses combined
  • Your total from this program

Pending

  • Amount awaiting approval
  • Shown in yellow
  • May change when reviewed

Paid

  • Amount already paid out
  • Shown in green
  • Confirmed received funds

Using This Table

Identify Top Performers:

  • Sort by Total Earnings
  • Focus promotion on high earners
  • Understand which programs work best

Monitor Approval Status:

  • Check Pending amounts
  • Track approval times
  • Contact merchant if delays

Track Actual Income:

  • View Paid column
  • Calculate monthly income
  • Plan around payment schedules

If you have no earnings:

  • No conversions yet
  • Join programs from marketplace
  • Start promoting referral links
  • Check back after first conversion

Search Functionality

Search Bar:

  • Search by customer email
  • Search by order ID
  • Real-time filtering
  • Case-insensitive

Status Filters

4 Filter Buttons:

  1. All - Show everything

    • All conversions regardless of status
    • Default view
    • Full history

  2. Pending - Awaiting approval

    • Yellow badge
    • Recently added
    • Under review

  3. Approved - Confirmed

    • Blue badge
    • Will be paid
    • Next payout

  4. Paid - Already paid

    • Green badge
    • Funds received
    • Historical

Conversions Table

Columns Explained:

Date

  • When conversion occurred
  • Sorted newest first
  • Format: MM/DD/YYYY

Customer

  • Customer email (when available)
  • May show "N/A" for privacy
  • Used for verification

Type

  • Always "Purchase"
  • Only purchase conversions shown
  • Signups excluded from earnings

Order Amount

  • Customer's total purchase
  • Pre-discount amount
  • What customer paid

Commission

  • Your earnings
  • Shown in green
  • Based on commission structure
  • Percentage or fixed amount

Status

  • Current approval state
  • Color-coded badge
  • Updates automatically

Status Badge Colors

🟡 Yellow - Pending

  • Just recorded
  • Awaiting review
  • Not guaranteed

🔵 Blue - Approved

  • Merchant confirmed
  • Payment coming
  • Guaranteed income

🟢 Green - Paid

  • Already paid
  • Funds received
  • Complete

No Conversions Found

If table is empty:

  • No matches for filters
  • Try different search
  • Check "All" filter
  • Start promoting if no data

Understanding Timing

Conversion Flow

  1. Customer Clicks (Instant)

    • Link tracked immediately
    • Cookie set in browser
    • Attribution recorded

  2. Customer Purchases (Minutes to days)

    • Within cookie window
    • Completes checkout
    • Payment processed

  3. Conversion Recorded (Instant)

    • Shows as "Pending"
    • Appears in your earnings
    • Email notification sent

  4. Merchant Approves (1-7 days)

    • Merchant reviews
    • Confirms not fraud/refund
    • Changes to "Approved"

  5. Payout Processed (Based on schedule)

    • Included in payout batch
    • Sent to your account
    • Status: "Paid"

Typical Timeline

Same Day:

  • Conversion recorded
  • Appears in Pending

Within Week:

  • Merchant approves
  • Moves to Approved

Monthly:

  • Payout processed
  • Funds received
  • Status: Paid

Calculating Your Income

This Month's Estimated Earnings

Approved Earnings = Guaranteed this month*
Pending Earnings = Possible additional**

*If payout schedule allows

Example Calculation

Your Stats:

  • Pending: $250
  • Approved: $500
  • Paid: $1,500

What this means:

  • You've earned $2,250 total
  • $500 will be paid soon
  • $250 may be paid (if approved)
  • $1,500 already received

Only Purchases Count

Earnings page shows:

  • ✅ Purchase conversions only
  • ❌ Signup/registrations excluded

Why:

  • Earnings = actual revenue
  • Signups may not earn commission
  • Focus on paid conversions
  • Clear income tracking

Status Can Change

Pending → Approved

  • Merchant confirms
  • Moves to guaranteed

Pending → Rejected (rare)

  • Refund issued
  • Fraud detected
  • Violation found
  • No commission

Approved → Paid

  • Payout processed
  • Funds sent
  • Income received

Payment Delays

Common Reasons:

  • Payout schedule (monthly)
  • Minimum threshold not met
  • Payment info missing
  • Bank processing time

Solution:

  • Check payout settings
  • Verify Stripe Connect setup

Troubleshooting

Missing Conversions
